Adult Long-Term Classes: 
You must pay in full to reserve your spot in a class. 
To receive a refund, requests must be received one week prior to the first day of class. 
After that time, no refunds or exchanges will be issued. Makeup classes are allowed within 2 weeks of your missed classes.
If you join a class once it's already in session, we do not offer refunds. 
If you need to drop out a class once it has begun due to personal injury we cannot issue a refund or an exchange.
However, if we receive an official doctor's note, we can try to move you into the following session pending availability.
For family emergencies, sick pets, moving, and all other issues, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. 
Please note if you are paying in installments: we offer the option to pay in installments as a courtesy to the customer. 
The second installment of your payment is not negotiable for any reason. 

One-Time Adult Wheel Classes:
Sorry, due to the nature of these classes, we do not issue refunds unless requests are
made two weeks before your scheduled class. You may reschedule for a different session up
to 24 hours before your class.

The balance is due two weeks prior to the date of your party.
Refunds can only be issued up to two weeks before the date of your party
when count is due. We apologize but do not issue refunds for guests who
do not attend.

Summer Camp:  Early bird discount rate does not apply if you need to change your dates after March 15th.  If you cancel before May 1st you will receive a full discount.  We do not offer refunds after May 1st, 2017.  If you need to change your camp dates, do so before May 1st; otherwise we cannot guarantee your spot.

After School: All transfers or refunds must be requested at least one week prior to the start of the first class. After that point, no refunds or changes are allowed. Thank you for understanding. We follow the New York City public school calendar. When public schools are closed, we are closed. This includes snow days and emergency cancellations.We reserve the right to ask you to pick up your child during a class, session or camp if he/she is too disruptive and unwilling to cooperate.Please let us know of any special issues or events in your child's life that will help us to better understand, teach, and care for your child. We take photos of our students at work and sometimes post them to our Instagram account. Please let us know if you do NOT want your child's photo taken or used on our social media account. 

Policy for Makeup Classes:

Make-up classes are offered as a courtesy to students participating in either a 4 or 8-week session class, and are available on a first come, first serve basis.  Students in 4-week sessions are allowed one make-up class per session, and 8-week students are allowed 2 make-up classes per session. All of our make-up classes currently occur on Sundays.  To schedule a make-up class, please email with your desired make-up date.  

Please note that your make-up class should be completed within two weeks of your session to allow you to continue working on the pieces from your session class. If you have scheduling conflicts and will require extended time for make-up classes we are happy to accommodate you if possible.
