Join Artshack Artist in Residence Masha Vintskevich for "Clay Impressions and Collective Landscapes." What stories do the objects that we carry with us hold - what shards of memories, allusions and reminiscences? What traces are left behind us in the process of transformation? For this community day, we invite participants to either bring objects connected to their personal journeys, or to use their own bodies to imprint a form in clay. In the negative space, patterns or textures will be created to represent parts of personal identity, migration, or transformation.The imprints will remain as a temporal, transient memorial and art installation. All ages are welcome.
