Marcela Torres is a performance maker, sculptor and ceramist. During their time in residency at Artshack they are excited to work with a series of natural clays they’ve harvested along the East Coast. They will also continue ongoing projects of creating vessels in the shape of images from Aztec-Mayan codices and Tonalpowalli spiritual concepts.
