Join Artshack X Celebrate Bed Stuy to “Build a Brownstone” facade out of clay!

This class is free to the community.  Participants must register online to reserve a spot.

Before the hands-on workshop begins, a teaching artist from Celebrate Bed Stuy will provide a historical foundation on the legacy of the brownstones in Bed-Stuy. By highlighting three historic neighborhood brownstones, participants will learn about thier architectural style and cultural importance grounding the “Build a Brownstone” experience.

Afterwards, participants will build thier own brownstone facade out of clay with the guideance of Artshack teaching artists.  Pickup your piece 2-3 weeks after the class.
